Conger Group is a real estate development firm focused on residential, multifamily and commercial development. Founded in 2000, our team has spent more than two decades developing land and managing complex projects from the owner's side of the table. We understand development because we do it ourselves — evaluating opportunities, investing capital, navigating approvals, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering finished projects.
